Jacky Sach cofounded BookEnds with Jessica Faust in 1999 after a fifteen-year career at Putnam Berkley (now Penguin USA). Her expertise and interests include mysteries of all varieties, women's fiction, suspense novels, self-help, spirituality, alternative and mainstream health, business and career, addiction, chick-lit nonfiction, and other nonfiction with a strong author platform. She has been responsible for discovering and working on a number of first novels. She is an active, hands-on agent who enjoys helping new and seasoned authors to develop their work.

During her successful career at Penguin, Jacky had the pleasure of working on many bestselling novels and works of nonfiction in her position as Senior Managing Editor, as well as acting as Managing Editor for their e-book division.
