Notes

1 Sponsors who wish to have brochures or literature placed in Conference Bags must supply SCWW with same no later than September 1, 2011.

2 Exhibit table space consists of one six-foot table. Diamond, Platinum, and Silver Sponsors may obtain additional tables, depending upon availability, at a cost of $50 each.

3 Less-than-full-page advertisements will be in black-and-white unless the Sponsor wishes to print and supply his or her own color ad.

All Sponsors who wish to stay at the Hilton during the conference should inquire about SCWW Conference rates for the duration of their stays.
