Accommodations
Our host hotel this year is The Myrtle Beach Hilton Resort.
The Hilton is a part of Kingston Plantation, a 145-acre resort offering a wide variety of accommodations. If you plan to bring your family, and would prefer a villa, condominium, or lodge, they have many to choose from.
All conference activities will take place at the Hilton, most of them on the mezzanine level or in the brand new adjacent Palisades conference facilities. If you want to be in the middle of things, and prefer the easiest access to workshops, group sessions, and mingling, you'll want to stay at The Hilton or Royale Palms.
The SCWW discounted conference room rate is $104 per night (plus room tax).
The $104 per night rate applies only to rooms in The Hilton. Rates on other types of lodging will vary based upon the type and size.
If you have difficulty booking your stay at the Hilton because rooms are sold out on one or more of the nights you'd like to reserve, please consider Royale Palms. This condominium tower is connected to The Hilton by an enclosed hallway, and staying there is like being in the same building. The Royale Palms tower features upgraded accommodations, and offers everything from traditional guestrooms to three-bedroom condos.

The Hilton is located at the northern-most edge of the property, oceanfront.

The Hilton will offer rooms at SCWW conference rates until our block is sold out or September 23, 2011, whichever comes first.
