Anne Hicks has more than 16 years experience as a writer, editor, and visual designer. For the past 10 years, she has run her own writing and design company in Charlotte, North Carolina. She became a small-press publisher three years ago. Her short stories journal, moonShine review, is published bi-annually, and she instructs creative writers one-on-one, facilitating in publishable works. Anne obtained her Master of Arts, emphasis in creative writing, from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
